This is a 360° role where you'll manage your own desk, grow our client base, and place amazing educators into roles that matter. What you'll be doing Running a 360° permanent recruitment desk - from winning new business to securing placements. Growing and managing relationships within education nationwide. Placing educators across metro, regional, and remote areas. Travelling interstate once a quarter for client visits, events, and team connection.
